We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right next to the bustling city center and close to the Central Bus station, making it convenient for trips to other areas in Uganda and different parks in Uganda. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We felt safe and secure with the 24-hour security guards. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Great budget hotel in the centre. Very easy to reach local transport links, and felt secure at all times. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered a room service menu with affordable drinks. The room itself was clean and included mosquito nets, which was a pleasant surprise.
The wifi could be improved, and the elevator was not working during my stay. the water lacked power and heat in the room.

Clean Room and Good Location the hotel I stayed in during my city trip was clean and the location was perfect. the room was spotless and had everything I needed. the location was key because it was in the heart of the city, easy to access shops and restaurants, and surrounded by tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
the Wi, Fi was almost non, existent and it was hard for me to keep in contact with my family and friends.
